If the repayment date is approaching and it is becoming increasingly clear that you will have problems repaying the loan on time, please contact ESTO customer support immediately by email. This will allow us to work with you to find a suitable solution. If possible, we will offer to extend the loan repayment term, thereby reducing your monthly payment. It is also possible to apply for a payment holiday of up to three months.
